Over these years we have been always controlling the size of our co***ny within 60 persons, therefore we can provide more effective management, communication (we have six engineers who can provide 1-1 real-time online communication).
With rich experience of many kinds of mold construction and mechanism, Bolokmold is able to construct a wide variety of molds and components that will work efficiently, effectively and accurately, while at the same time keeping the customer's cost as low as possible. Minimum material waste, reduction or elimination of scrap, low maintenance, and long mold life are the standards in a well built mold. We build our molds to meet the highest customer standards for quality and reliability, designed to withstand high volume production with minimal maintenance. we always use mould bases and standard components such as LKM, DME, HASCO, FUTABA etc. and We always use high quality steels such as 1.2311,1.2738,1.2343 and 1.2344 from Saarstahl of Germany,718, 738, S136 and 8407 from ASSAB of Sweden, P20, 420 from USA and NAK80,SKD61 and SKD11 from DAIDO of Japan.Each year we can export nearly 300 sets of highly-qualified moulds for customers in Germany, France, USA and etc..
Bolok Mould sets up Foreign Trade Department, Project Department, Engineering Department and Molding Department. Working together with cooperation factory, we are able to provide one-stop service for customers from product design, mold machining, injection, silk screen and printing to assembly and packing, saving time and cost of both parties.
